Bonnie Kaye and her co-host Marc Yablonka welcome back author Michael D. Mullins, a native Hoosier with roots in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. After serving our country in Vietnam, he attended a small college in that region and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He married while in college, returned to Indiana, and started a family. He and his wife are the parents of two sons and five grandchildren. He completed a second undergraduate degree while working full time for a steel producer. Mullins has served his community in a variety of service organizations. He was also a member of a local school board of trustees for sixteen years and established a local scholarship committee. He is a member in good standing with Military Writers Society of America. Tonight we will discuss Mike's books that pay tribute to Vietnam and servicemen including Vietnam in Verse, Kings of the Green Jelly Moon, Out of the Midst, and Pass the Salt Doc. This show is a program for independent authors. It was created for the authors in the Books of Excellence Coop found at www.BooksofExcellence.com; however the show welcomes independent authors and entertainers as time permits
