CW: This episode took an unexpected turn and we make references to rape, pedophilia, the Holocaust and the AID's crisis. Today we decided to tackle a motto we've been spouting since episode one - "stereotypes are not inherently bad". We explain what we mean by this and if in fact we agree with it. We discuss our feelings about which stereotypes we conform to, which ones we've actively tried to avoid and how seeing stereotypical characters in media can make us feel both annoyed but also not alone. In the second half of the episode, we look into some of the origins of stereotypes which is when our conversation takes a more serious tone. Apologies for venting!
