In this episode, Hersh Rephun chats with Liam Martin about his journey into remote work, the success of Time Doctor, and the narrative around "returning to work". They discuss the benefits, challenges, and financial implications of remote work, as well as brand advocacy and global team management. The conversation also touches on personal and corporate branding, and the current and future state of remote work in the US.

Liam Martin's job title makes sense now, but he has been an Async Work Advocate since 2017 when he launched Running Remote, the largest remote work conference ever. Liam is the co-founder of industry-leading time tracking and productivity software Time Doctor, and he is the co-author (with Rob Lawson) of the Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly Bestseller Running Remote. “The future of work is remote," Liam tells me. "There is no need to have an office anymore. I can help you transition your company to working remotely or scale your remote organization towards success.”
