• You are motivated and ambitious. Yes, intensely working towards your goals but while in this process, is it possible to become consumed by the planning and execution of the work at hand and tend to forget about the well being of self?
• Pressure placed on yourself to succeed, which is a normal tendency to do can be displaced when you don’t balance it with rest, proper food intake and create ways to mentally decompress will lead you down a path of losing sight of your best self.
• Your primary focus becomes finishing the tasks necessary to meet your objectives. Then moving on to the next objective forgetting to take a moment to bask in the feeling of the present success or simply the presence NOW!
• Your misinterpretation of failures can put you in a mindset to devalue your abilities or allow others too. You entertain self-doubt and begin the blame game -- which moves you into a victimized mindset that leads you down dangerous rabbit hole.
