In this episode we are joined by Boris Jitsukata. Boris is the Managing Director of the German entity of Goodpatch, a Design Studio, and an executive board director at their HQ in Tokyo. Goodpatch went public in 2020 at Tokyo Stock Exchange, making it Japan's first IPO as a design firm.
In this episode Boris shares with us the power of leaning into uncertainty like a designer, his journey of not only growing a company but also growing with a company. We also explore the power of duality; both in Business and Design but also in a Japanese HQ and international sister studios and look the the future and learn about what trends Boris is most excited about including; life beyond the screen.
