Now, we all know that breaking negative thoughts can be challenging at times. Don’t get me wrong, but it takes practice to change how we think, especially if it’s thoughts that are embedded in us since childhood. I’m learning this concept everyday. I have to work at it. After suffering from depression and of course my epic tailgating party fail, it took a lot of time and patience to work myself out of feeling and thinking sad. In this episode I share how to breakout of negative thought processes. Then I expose my favorite Beyoncé song to help reenforce positive self-talk.
