In our society we are often told to hide or disavow certain emotions; like anger, sadness or anxiety. We are encouraged to only show the parts of us that are lighter and upbeat. But what do you think happens when you mask how you are truly feeling? Not only does it become incredibly tiring, it contributes massively to our level of unrest. Let’s talk about it.
