Manage episode 326683302 series 2973169
Well, don't the ladies have an exciting episode for you today... if you didn't gather that from the intro!
Holly is interviewing the wonderful (giraffe) that is Chloe Tobin! But first, the girls catchup on their last two weeks - involving swinging at Easter, apparently... we hear some exciting news about the (almost) end of Chloe's study life..... and a cheeky egg-stealing story from Easter!
In the interview, Chloe discusses how she has juggled one, two and then three kiddos alongside her VO career. She kindly touches on her experience of post-natal depression and the impacts that had on her career when she was working in Melbourne many moons ago. She discusses some of the physical, mental and practical shifts that occurred moving into this new realm of being a parent and a working VO artist and creative.
Chloe discusses social media, and how it has shed a little on motherhood that she wished she'd had access to when she had her first baby. If anyone out there knows the impact of pregnancy hormones on the voice, PLEASE get in touch, because the ladies would love to explore this topic more!
If you too want to learn a language, the app that Chloe keeps going on about is DUOlingo. And, the Chocolate that Chloe is trying to seduce you with is PANA Chocolate. Chloe will definitely put up those breathing exercises on the socials, so keep an eye out! And please remember the main takeaway from this weeks episode ..... GO AND HAVE SEX!
