Sunday, April 14, 2024 - We are currently discussing our Identity in Christ and how it affects our lives both temporarily and eternally. Our text is Romans 8:18-25. The title of today's message is "Identity that Shares in Suffering, Shares in Glory." Although nobody likes to talk about suffering, the Bible is clear that those who identify with Christ will go through periods of suffering. Just as every action has consequences, living a life devoted to Christ will naturally result in suffering. The purpose of today's message is to explain why this is so. This message is meant to encourage us, particularly during these trying times. We must rely on the Bible's teachings about suffering rather than our emotions. We invite you to worship and study with us.
