The California All-State Music Educators Conference is being held in Fresno on February 15 - 19. In part one of our preview, I get to talk to Ryan Dirlam, Katie Gilchrist, and Dan Bryan from the California Band Directors Association. Barb Catlin from the California Alliance for Jazz also joins me for a fantastic preview of the sessions coming up at the conference.
