Mike Divilbiss is currently the Western Region Recruiting Coordinator for Dan Tudor Collegiate Strategies “TCS”. TCS is a company that works with over 600 collegiate programs across the country providing education and services that help college coaches with their recruiting.

For 30 years Divilbiss has served as a collegiate women’s basketball coach at both the NAIA and NCAA D1 levels. In 21 years as a head coach Mike’s teams won 392 games and played in 6 NAIA National Tournaments and 2 Big West Conference Championship games. His teams did well at nationals with 3 teams going to the Elite 8 and in 2001 the Warriors of Lewis Clark State made the Final 4 in Jackson, TN. In 4 other seasons as a head coach, 2 at LC and 2 at Idaho, MIke’s teams played in conference championship games and ended the season one win away from qualifying for National Championships.

Mike's final 3 seasons coaching were spent at the University of Illinois as Associate Head Coach. In his first season the Illini had the first winning season in conference play in over 20 years going 9-7 and broke 2 25 year old conference records due to the BUZZ Defense which is one of the things Mike is known for. Those records would be steals and turnover margin.

In all, that team played in the NIT and finished in the Elite 8 losing a tough game at Kansas State.

Mike's teams in all went 594-327. He coached 28 All Americans, qualified for 12 National Tournaments, and won Conference, District, or Area Coach of the year as a Head Coach 7 times.

Mike has been married to the former Judy Abts for 37 years and live in North Idaho. Judy is a personal Trainer at a YMCA in Spokane, WA They have 2 Children. Zach 34 and his wife Taz who both work for Intel in the Portland area, have 2 Children Zoey 4 and Sean 1. Their Daughter Chantel 32 is recently married to Otis Olitan and works at Moffett Air Force base and is working to be a Pararescue.
