This week’s episode we switch it up from the fairway to the treestand and hang out with our buddy Greg Camp from HALO Waterfowl. This is the second real ‘outdoorsman’ we’ve had on Chasin’ Birdies and we get into a lot of good topics surrounding hunting and a bit of golf.
We open up the episode and get into what’s been going on with Greg this year and his start of HALO Waterfowl. We hear the whole story and tie it in with a subtle shoutout to his business partner, Riley Green. We talk about wild game, and hunts Greg has been on, including some gnarly ones in Colorado.
We dissect the best game meat to eat and how to cook it up. Greg has a knack for making things seem too easy with respect to hunting. We talk about hunt trips and how they compare to golf trips. We believe there is a similar parallel between being on the course and being in the woods. We round out the interview with some golf talk and finish with our standard tap-in segment where Greg is asked 4 questions that demand his quick response.
