This is a very special episode of the Chattel Fixture PEI Real Estate Podcast.
When I found out that Kelly Lantz was joining forces with Kris Fournier and Catherine Fournier and the Kris Fournier/We Know PEI team at RE/MAX Charlottetown, I felt this surge of excitement. I was inspired, and excited, to see these forces combine and to be able to watch it so closely with my daily interactions with Catherine and Kris.
But beyond my personal excitement, it is surely one of the big moves of 2023 in the PEI real estate business. Your average Islander may not know what a big deal this is in the real estate world, but within this community, it is huge knowing that some of the biggest players in the industry are joining forces. I think the question on many other REALTORs' minds is - what happens next?
