In this episode of Coaching Conversations, I’m talking to Toby Gorniak aka Toby G MBE, all about the unseen power of his unique voice.

Over the last 18 years, Toby G has helped 1000’s of people to live their best lives, re-enter education, employment, and most importantly, be good people, giving back to their community.

Toby G has received an MBE honour from the Queen for his outstanding community contribution, an Honorary fellowship degree, has run with the Queen's Baton for the commonwealth games and has received many more accolades for his transformational work.

Driven by a deep passion, unwavering commitment, and a philosophy of empowerment, Toby is dedicated to helping young people who feel lost discover their potential. His mission is to create a springboard that enables these individuals to recognise their worth, connect with their value, and understand the positive influence they can have within their community.

Toby's journey has been far from easy. Throughout his childhood and much of his adult life, he was repeatedly told that he wouldn’t amount to anything and was even predicted to end up in prison. Despite facing constant adversity, Toby remained resilient, choosing to dedicate his life to helping others achieve their goals.

In this podcast, I'll be exploring what kept him moving forward when the odds were stacked against him, how his challenging upbringing shaped the person he is today, and his advice for those who feel like the world is against them.
