In episode 83, Genny shared how she loves to talk and typically, has no problem talking about anything with anyone. However, she also shared that sometimes, she struggles to get the words out or feels awkward or doesn’t know what the right word are.
She also shared that she wanted to speak about a specific topic but that it didn’t feel authentic to her and she didn’t feel comfortable recording an episode about it so she decided to talk about her struggles.
Genny shared how it’s important to be kind to yourself, to be gentle with yourself, and that if you are struggling to stop fighting and to let it flow naturally.
