It’s been a wonderful yet sad couple of weeks without new episodes of X-Men ‘97, the revival of the animated TV series that introduced many of us to the merry band of mutants. It was a breakout hit, and ushered in new fans to the classic Saturday morning cartoon, that had so many elements of these iconic comic book characters. The interest and popularity dominated conversations weekly as we hurdled towards that shocking 3-part finale.
