Austin Rumbaugh is a former Eagle Scout, Marine, Minister, and personal trainer. Born and raised in Omaha, he recently moved back to the Midwest after being away for twenty years. These days Austin is part of Sam's CrossFit recovery team.
Austin describes the hard working attitude that he developed from his carpenter father and his time as a Boy Scout. He talks about his time in the Marines, as a minister serving Sin City (Las Vegas), why he left the ministry, and dealing with struggles getting caught taking the wrong job at the the wrong time before the pandemic.
Austin shares some strong opinions about accountability and society being too soft.
Sam and Austin also visit about the fear generated by the pandemic.
