In this episode of the Greatvine we chat with Jacobus Vorster an expert in millennial behaviours and work experiences. We hear how Jacobus has had a diverse career which has helped construct some interesting insight into employment, especially for millennials. Moving up the ranks with this career, Jacobus immigrated to Australia and completed an MBA and began a higher research degree at CQUni, while still enjoying a role in the mining industry.
