In this episode, join me as I discuss what I have learnt along the path to integrate and accept my ego, in all its limitations and flaws. We will explore how the ego is formed, what its function is, and how our ego ‘identity’ can limit us in our lives.
I share my transcendental experiences of ‘ego death’, why it’s impossible for your ego to ‘fully’ die while you inhabit a body, and why, rather than striving to ‘kill’ or ‘transcend’ our ego, we must learn to live in harmony and connection with the ego Self.
