Jesse and I are sharing a bit of a mix of things today, mostly summer updates such as some engaging documentaries that we have been watching. We also touch upon the latest trend in baking involving cottage cheese and some personal tips that I could not wait to share with you all!

We, as I said, recently watched some truly captivating documentaries: a mind-bending story about identical twins accidentally switched at birth, the gripping and scandalous tale behind the Ashley Madison hack, and the behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to be a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader! Each of these documentaries has brought something unique to the table, from heartwarming to downright shocking, and I can't wait for you to hear my thoughts and reflections!

Jesse and I also chat about a bizarre and trending ingredient in the culinary world - cottage cheese! I have been experimenting with some of the recipes making recent waves on social media, from cottage cheese ice cream to protein-packed baked goods, and let me tell you, you’ll get to hear about my experiment involving cottage cheese muffins that, despite their promise, left quite a lot to be desired.

I also recently had a bit of a wake-up call! I have apparently been butchering the name of one of my favorite authors for quite some time, and thanks to a helpful listener, I’ve learned how to say Ruta Sepetys’ name correctly (it rhymes with spaghettis)!

On a bit of a more practical note, I am bringing back a tried-and-true summer strategy for managing household chores - my morning lists for the kids! It's a simple but effective way to keep things running smoothly around here and free up more time for summer fun. I’ll share how this little routine change has made our home happier and more organized.

Join us for a lively and informative episode that’s sure to keep you entertained and maybe even inspire you to try something new, whether it’s a cottage cheese recipe, a documentary, or just a new way to manage your day!
