What does it look like to go from being a super successful radio host, living in Melbourne, to living in the middle of nowhere, on a lifestyle block in New Zealand with your baby and fiance?

Well, you're about to find out!

Our guest today is Polly Harding (also known as PJ) and that is her story.

You may know her from her days in radio in Melbourne or you might have come across her podcast The PJ Podcast.

Polly and Kirsty connected recently over their passion for intentional living. Kirsty was on PJ's podcast a few weeks ago and had so much fun she asked PJ to join her here!

If you're interested in a bit of a lifestyle change then you will love the conversation today as we get curious about a change of pace, what that can look like and how it can be possible.

In this episode we;

● Hear a little bit about PJ's background;

● Learn about what it was like to give up her radio career in Melbourne;

● Discuss the importance of intentionality;

● Chat about what it's like living on a farm;

● Explore the concept of tilting into different seasons;

And so so so so much more...

We hope from this conversation we all learn something and put a smile on your face!
