This week Kirsty and Belinda get curious about habit stacking. If you have no idea what that means, don't worry, you're about to find out!

A few weeks ago Kirsty got to be on PJ’s Podcast and the concept of habit stacking came up. We thought it would be an excellent opportunity to chat it about it seeing as we've also had quite a few requests to cover habits on the podcast.

We explore what we mean by habit stacking, give some advice and examples on had to add in some new habits and share some of our own habit stacking experiences.

We hope you feel encouraged and inspired to give this technique a go!

In this episode we;

● Ask what is habit stacking and why does it work?;

● Share some of our own habit stacking experiences;

● Explore the usefulness of building on current habits to establish new ones;

● Encourage you to use habit stacking to help reverse bad habits;

● Highlight how habit stacking can help with time management;

● Give advice on how to get curious about habit stacking;

And so so so so much more...

We hope from this conversation we all learn something and put a smile on your face!
