Right out of the gate, Alix, Paul, Steve, and Ian talk about the benefits of carrying a pocket knife and useful they can be to first-time dads to open up all sorts of things, such as toys and diapers.

We also come full circle and discuss how you can bring 'conscious productivity and positivity' to your family by passing on generational habits. In addition, we discover that having a family is very much like alternating current (AC) and not direct current (DC). The role of a dad is to teach his children, but it's also the role of the child to teach the dad.

The golden rule of first-time parenting is to have a block of 4-hours of continuous sleep where you or your partner should not be interrupted.

Finally, Ian tries to tries to understand what the hell went wrong when his muffler flies off his bike and vanishes from existence to disturb the entire West End of Toronto.
