General Hospital spoilers show that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) spirals into grief after the death of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). His father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is of course concerned.
With Lulu Spencer still in a coma, Dante's son, Rocco (Finn Frances Carr), has some misplaced guilt over Sam's death.
