Ethan A. Poetic is a native of Coatesville, Pa and resides in Lancaster, Pa. He’s an Alumni of Lancaster J.P. McCaskey High School, Harrisburg Area Community College with an associate degree in general studies, & Millersville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications minor Broadcasting & Media.
Poetic was raised in a single parent household with 4 siblings. Drawn from his personal experiences including an estranged relationship with his biological father, poverty, learning support classes, and Government Assistant Programs, He now works to help others to turn their adversities into their advantage.
After graduation from J.P. McCaskey High School, Poetic worked odd jobs, and met Jordan S. Steffy, Founder of Attollo Prep. Under Jordan’s advice & guidance, Poetic was convinced to pursue higher education.
Through being around his coaches, neighbors & significant people, Poetic found inspiration around him to know there was a better life ahead of him.
Poetic is a recipient of numerous awards, accolades, and recognitions, including two Pennsylvania Commonwealth Citations from the Democrat & Republican parties, a Proclamation Declaration Citation from Lancaster City Mayor Danene Sorace & Lancaster City Council Members, Front page of the Lancaster Newspaper (LNP), Inspirational Story Feature on WGAL TV, Feature in the Millersville University the Snapper Newspaper, & Front page of The Southeast Times Newspaper of Lancaster, Pa, WiTF radio of Harrisburg, Pa, and honored with the Award of Excellences at the Pennsylvania State Capital Complex of Harrisburg, Pa. Poetic was Featured on 6 ABC Action News of Philadelphia, Pa for speaking at King’s Highway Elementary School of Coatesville, Pa. He received a Letter of Recognition from City of Coatesville Council Members & City Manager James Logan. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award from HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.
