Here, Brian introduces you to Third Party Practice to win your Debt Collection Lawsuit. Using a Velocity case as an example on how Brian used a Third-Party lawsuit to ferret out the real owners of a debt and point out to the Court what is really going on. A little heavy lifting at first but it is worth it to win your case and seek the debt elimination against parties and "non-parties." Brings out who is really the owner of the debt and the securitization of it all. Good luck.
Documents included with this video on the membership site:
Answer, AD, Appearance, and POS from debtor vs Velocity
Counter Affidavit vs Velocity Affidavit
Counter claim vs Velocity
FinTech Securitization
Third party complaint

Though I am a proud member of the State Bars of Florida and Michigan, this is a source of research and insight into how Brian Parker's mind operates and how he perceives the practice of law when it is used for the benefit of victims Mr. Parker does represent. Take what you need knowing I am not practicing law for you or anyone else in any state through this medium or media. I am sharing and caring.
