In this episode of Deep Dive, we explore the theme of rest throughout Scripture. From God resting after creation to the rest promised to Israel in the Promised Land, we trace how rest is a central part of God’s design. We also look at how Jesus fulfils this rest, offering us true soul rest in Him. I’ll share how my own experience of burnout taught me the deeper meaning of resting in God’s control and care.
