During this week's Podcast, I spoke to Jana Honková who is a certified coach who can help people in business, and nonprofit organizations.

We also spoke about Jana's work with the Better World initiative to create Balance, Equality, and inclusion for all and her coaching for organizations and also working with the Children's Crisis

Jana explains the primary role of a coach is one of a safe environment for a client away from stress when it is easier to be creative with solutions to challenges.
