In this weeks episode we discuss how leading companies are leveraging corporate social responsibility and social impact to create influence, engage employees, and drive meaningful change. Critical issues such as diversity, pay equity, social justice and climate change have made their way into the workplace and the corporate C-suite, and companies are being judged on the basis of their treatment of employees and customers, and their impact on social issues.

This conversation follows on from a panel discussion we had at International Confex on September 2021. We catch up with Mark Webster, Managing Director Give to Get, UK and Europe. Give To Get is a specialist Social Impact agency which helps clients reach clients ESG/CSR goals, global clients include Cisco, AT&T Time Warner and Apple.

In 2009 Mark founded Kameleon – a specialist content and partnerships agency where he led the business work and worked across Sony and RockCorps Globally, Danone as well as launching the National Citizen Service in the UK. Kameleon was acquired by the Be Heard group in 2017. In 2019 Mark launched the European arm of Give to Get, a specialist Social Impact agency which helps clients reach clients ESG/CSR goals, global clients include Cisco, AT&T Time Warner and Apple.
