Manage episode 387526263 series 3395486
PAIN: Parents & Addicts in Need’s Founder Flindt Andersen and Jason LaChance sat down with Tom Wolf, a Recovery advocate, in recovery, Formerly homeless and the Director of West Coast Initiatives for the Foundation For Drug Policy Solutions. We discuss some of the conversations around and fallacies around harm reduction, and how fentanyl has changed the landscape of addiction. We also discuss various organizations that distribute fentanyl test strips along with other harm reduction paraphernalia, such as Dance Safe and The Drug Policy Alliance and how they are fueling a movement that doesn't call on the suffering addict to be accountable or offer a recovery pathway.
