As well as reducing air pollution and traffic on roads, cycling is great for people, improving health and strengthening communities.
In the second episode of Down To Earth: The Hubbub Podcast, host Sarah Divall catches up with Sabeha Miah, a community worker in Tower Hamlets breaking down barriers and encouraging more Muslim women to get cycling. She also meets Morten Kaball, the former Mayor of Copenhagen, who explains how they became one of the world's most popular cycling cities.
