Lebron james, Usain bolt, Michael phelps…these are the insane athlete of our generation and when you see them on tv, holy cow are these people even human? When I look down at my small sort of puny body it seems impossible I can even be in the same species as these people, but maybe I could? What makes an athlete? Is it their genetics, are they born amazing? Or is it their training? Or maybe a combo of both? We explore.
