Good morning, thanks for kicking off your day with Joe Mathieu and the GBH Morning Edition team. We’re still down one of our core members for another week, but our early morning conversations shall continue regardless. The nighttime/early morning weather finally feels like Spring, the Suez Canal is somehow blocked off, and the Boston Garden will be open starting today for a select number of “legacy” fans. Boston Mayor Kim Janney’s swearing in was a historic moment for the city yesterday, and local Covid numbers have plateaued at best, but really are not improving like they need to be.
