About Megan:
Megan Piper, MBA, grew up in an entrepreneurial family, experiencing the energizing dynamics of a nimble business environment. This early exposure fueled her enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, leading her to embrace a pivotal role in a founder's venture. There, she experienced the transformative power of a strong Visionary/Integrator duo, catalyzing rapid growth. As the team expanded, complexity increased, and adopting an operating system revolutionized their approach. The firm hit a $50M+ revenue milestone and executed the largest IT contract awarded by the United Nations, delivering 45000+ laptops to 900 schools across the Philippines. During her tenure as CFO/COO at Planson International, Megan played a crucial role in driving an 1800% revenue increase, transforming the company from a small U.S. firm into a successful, scalable, multinational enterprise. Megan guided the business transition to the next generation and launched her own entrepreneurial venture.
For the past 5+ years, Megan has dedicated herself to guiding organizations from chaos to cohesion. In her work with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) clients, Megan collaborates with leadership teams to instill purpose, accountability, and discipline while providing tools to measure progress against meaningful metrics.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys hiking with her two dogs, spending quality time with family, and exploring international destinations.

About Adam:
I am a Certified EOS® Implementer and an executive leadership coach. I work with CEO’s, managing directors, their boards and leadership teams as well as aspiring leaders who want to climb the corporate ladder. I help them achieve greater results for their teams, their businesses and themselves. How? By taking them from where they are to where they want to get to. I do that not by answering their questions, but by questioning their questions. By being Frank and Fearless. I ask tough questions and encourage my clients to say what they really think. I create space to enable them to stop, pause and reflect. Out of that space comes clarity and real opportunities for growth. I help my clients do incredible things. I help them understand that good and bad things happen. Life goes on regardless. What matters is your perspective and how you react to the shit that happens to you. What you get out of life depends on how you navigate your way through it.
