In today’s episode, I’m joined in the coaching space by an Enneagram Six that wants to explore the worst-case scenario aspect of her personality. In our conversation we take a look at what’s happening under the surface in our nervous system during Six’s hyper-vigilance & how we better cope so that we aren’t derailed when concerns arise.
