I got the Roundtable together to discuss what they took away from my interview with Jamison Monroe from WLKH 7 - The Courage to Own Your Failures as Fuel for Your Success.
In that episode, Jamison talked about how he was able to use failures in his life—most notably his issues with drugs and alcohol and several stints in rehab—to fuel his success opening rehab centers with a pioneering method of helping teens and young adults with their addictions as well as other issues like eating disorders.
During our roundtable we also talk about Jamison’s issues with his family, especially with his father, and how his father finally owning his part in Jamison’s situation, was the catalyst for helping him face his addictions and get sober.
