Doug Pagitt says it’s important to helping faith voters to detach from a republican voting identity if they wish to. Pagitt, a former Evangelical Pastor from the emergent church movement, feels his organization, Vote Common Good, was able to help shift 5 to 10 percent of Evangelicals away from Republicans.
