Today topic is all about burnout. As a college student, I am definitely feeling this at the moment with finals coming around the corner. I never knew how serious burnout was and thought my lack of restful sleep was because of my consistent late night study sessions. However, in this episode I talk all about the tale tell signs of burnout such as issues with having an inconsistent sleep and more! As well as, prevention and recovery for burnout. Overall just wanted to let you guys know that if you can catch the early signs you can learn to better deal with burnout and overall be a better student in the future !!
