About Kathy Archer: Kathy Archer is a Leadership Coach who gives her clients hope and inspiration (and the kick in the pants to make positive change in their lives). She has energy and enthusiasm for life that is contagious. Married to a wonderfully supportive husband for 24 years and mom of four teenagers, Kathy appreciates a busy house full of change, challenge and laughter every day. Kathy began her career with a Child and Youth Care diploma working with troubled teens and individuals with disabilities. She moved into a community based human services agency where she has remained for 18 years successfully leading it to become a lead agency in the community. As an adult learner Kathy went back to school part time and received her Bachelor of Applied Human Service Administration Degree with Distinction. It was Kathy’s training as a Life Coach however that brought her to be able to find her passion for helping others live to be the best they can be. Kathy is a natural leader, sees the best in people, is quick to pick up their strengths and is always pushing for excellence.
