Dalia Weinreb is a registered dietitian who has been in clinical practice for 15 years. Living and working in Cambridge in the UK, Dalia is a mother of three children and deeply passionate about women's health through the life cycle. Her clinical interests span from gastrointestinal health and the gut microbiome, to autoimmune disease and hormonal health.

In addition, Dalia is fascinated by how our relationship with food impacts the way we engage with life and all it has to offer. Dalia treats many women with disordered eating and feels very strongly about fighting for true recovery by their sides.

Nutrition has only become more exciting for Dalia through the years, and she looks forward to many more years of having the privilege of helping people to feel better using nutrition and lifestyle medicine.

In this episode, Dalia reflects on:

  • The moment she learned how important it is to model going to work, striving for her goals and helping other people for her daughter and sons

  • Teaching strength and boundaries (and being taught by our daughters!)

  • Why we should be listening to our female intuition when it comes to our health

  • The connection between nutrition and women’s health, hormones and energy (especially in perimenopause), and the biochemical causes behind stress, depression and anxiety

Dalia also shares a wealth of information and advice to help you understand your body and health better, grow your stress resilience, and support and advocate for your own wellbeing.

Listen to this episode: this is vital information for all women!
