Shawn's company began in 1997. The journey began with a high protein, sourdough crunchy pretzel that utilized the flour derived from hemp. It was expanded to a soft pretzel that has a nutty flavor and a pillowy texture. The line has evolved to peanut butter, mustard and a hot jelly.
