Carey Loch, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development and Successat Rutgers University, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss the many transferable skills that athletes unknowingly possess that will help them uncover their hidden talents, find their fit, and leverage their skills to carve out successful careers beyond the sports arena.
