From police violence, racist education standards, and out right union busting, Florida is a hot bed of struggle. As a Duval County public school teacher, union building rep, activist in the Jacksonville Community Action Committee (JCAC), treasurer of the National Alliance Against Racism and Political Repression (NAARPR), Monique Sampson is fighting on the front lines of these battles. We get to hear about her tireless work on these struggles, all while carrying for her newborn daughter.
