Hey everyone, and welcome to Episode 12 of Euroz Hartleys “Finding the Front”.

In this episode, we really are fortunate and grateful to be able to share some time with a real leader in his field. Mr David Southam is the Managing Director of Mincor Resources, an ASX listed nickel sulphide development company within the well known nickel belt region of Kambalda in the goldfields of WA.

David has had a phenomenal career. He grew up in New Zealand and this podcast reveals an absorbing journey that included his family moving to Western Australia, developing a passion for - and learning the ins and outs - of running a wide range of businesses to achieving career goals and enduring setbacks along the way. David delivers a very transparent view of his life growing up, his charitable nature, and navigating life’s challenges and opportunities that presented themselves along the way to where he is today.

In his current role he expands on the importance of team, the importance of nickel in today’s world and growing a business from a market capitalisation of some $70m when he started back in February 2019 to greater than $1bln where it is today.

We hope you enjoy.
