On June 29, 1978, Bob Crane was brutally murdered in Scottsdale, Arizona, and to this day, the crime remains officially unsolved. His unsolved murder and the scandal that grew from it have spawned unending media coverage, along with several books, documentaries, podcast episodes, and the movie Auto Focus, all of which provide little clarity about Bob Crane as a human being.
In part two of this two-part episode, Bob Crane biographers Carol Ford and Linda Groundwater continue their discussion about Bob’s murder and the sex scandal that followed, including Auto Focus, the reconstructed scene from Celebrity Cooks, and Bob Crane’s very last media interview from June 27, 1978.
