For those of you who don't recognise Sarah's name, Sarah has an acclaimed career, much of which has been in the light of the media around the world. She is a multi New York Times & Amazon best selling author, founder of the International I Quit Sugar movement and has authored 11 cookbooks which sell in over 52 countries, to name a few of her achievements. In addition she is a podcaster, thought leader, minimalist, philanthropist, and a climate activist.
