I wanted to do this episode to tell you about how I help and the services I provide my valued customers when buying a new construction home. I like to always start off my relationship with my customers by educating them. When it comes to new homes and want to make sure they have a good understanding of the different areas in Tampa and the different subdivision.
When we start looking at new homes I want to make sure you have a good understanding for the different home builders, how they builder, their quality of construction and what you get in the home and behind the walls.
I always want to negotiate and strong offer for you, as well as show you how to save more money during and after your closing.
If you ever have any concerns or problems with your new home I what to jump on them and get them taken care of to your satisfaction. Not only during the building process but after your home closes.
Above all; I am going, to be HONEST with you. I am always going to look out for your best interest and treat you as if you were my parents or friend.
