Most projects follow some kind of planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) process – sometimes more, sometimes less technical. In this episode I will talk with Bjoern Eser about his blog and podcast ‚The Active Amputee‘ and about the similarities between his planning process and traditional PM&E approaches.
