We have been hard-wired for many generations to be everything for everyone else with narrow margins of error. Living the superwoman lifestyle leads to stress and personal neglect. Although you have the right to invest in yourself, it may feel wrong and radical when you decide to do so. Today our guest, Nicole, will share her story of how she decided to choose herself.
Nicole is a University of Pittsburgh Grad and has spent over a decade-plus years working in different professional environments. She’s had many awesome achievements in her life, including being a successful working Mom and wife. Nicole definitely has some gems to drop while pulling from her well-rounded experiences as a Full-Time Black Woman. This is why we decided to bring her back on the show to bring some fresh perspective and mix things up a bit.
