The light touch employs the most powerful ingredient in healing body, mind, and circumstances: Childlike Faith. The light touch is the delightful touch. It’s praying with a feather, rather than a pick axe. Choosing to apply the light touch to our seeming problems redirects our mind from worry-fueled self-determination to absolute trust that God is working things out on our behalf. It’s the non-resistant route. With the light touch there is no struggle to overcome as it is surrendering to the power behind all life: Love.
